AI Workspace

Terms of Service

AI Workspace · Google Workspace connection
Effective date: October 28, 2026

Plain-language terms for using the Google connection of AI Workspace. How we handle Google data is described in the Privacy Policy.

1. About these terms

These terms govern the use of this website and of the Google Workspace connection of AI Workspace (the “service”), operated by ООО «Айсберг» (“we”, “us”). By connecting a Google account to AI Workspace you accept these terms. If your company has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement prevails where it differs.

2. The service

AI Workspace is a business AI-assistant platform. Each company runs its own AI Workspace installation, where its employees work with AI agents. The service lets the agents of an installation work with a person's Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides and Calendar, with that person's consent and within that person's own Google permissions, as described on the home page and in the Privacy Policy.

3. Who may use the service

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service, or instruct an agent through it, to:

We may suspend or end access for a violation (section 10). Report misuse to kochkingrigory@gmail.com.

5. Google data and AI model providers

We handle Google user data as described in the Privacy Policy, under the Limited Use requirements of the Google API Services User Data Policy. An installation may send the data needed for a task to the AI model provider it has configured. The company must use providers and settings under which this data is not used to train the provider's models, and is responsible for that choice.

6. Your instructions and the results

You decide what the agent should do. AI output can be wrong or incomplete: check documents, spreadsheet values, events and file changes before relying on them. Confirm actions such as replacing a file's content or moving files to trash when the agent asks. Files moved to trash can be restored from Google Drive for 30 days, and a replaced file keeps its previous version in its Drive version history.

7. Availability and changes to the service

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, for example when Google changes its APIs or limits. The service depends on Google, your company's installation and network availability, and may sometimes be unavailable.

8. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or business interruption, or for actions an agent took on instructions given by you or your company. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service at any time by disconnecting your Google account, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access for a person, an installation or a company that breaks these terms, puts the service or other people at risk, or when the law requires it. Sections 4, 8, 9 and 11 continue to apply after termination.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes are settled by the competent courts of the Russian Federation, unless mandatory law gives you the right to another court.

12. Changes and contact

We publish changes to these terms at this address with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
